Our fearless leader and cheerleader. Shanna’s passion and energy has been sustained over 25 years of award-winning marketing campaigns that have bridged growth in many organizations. She operates from Tulsa, Oklahoma; but, when you reach out to her, you might find her on the family yacht ideally positioned in Florida. The waterways and sunshine seem to provide the right backdrop for her biggest ideas and inspiration—the kind that when added to the remarkable insight provided by the 7 Bridges team helps you connect. She was told recently by her executive coach, Big Dave, that you get the herd you deserve. Shanna will be the first to tell you that she is one lucky person to be surrounded by such talent. She remembers a quote by CEO of Adobe, "Hire people smarter than you." Although, Shanna is known to be stubborn and hard headed, this advice she has followed.

Shanna's passion for marketing and business stems from many mentors in her life. All of which, had the biggest passion for what they do. She believes, without passion, you have nothing.

Shanna and her husband Bill have 2 children, 4 grand-children, 3 four-legged children and many bonus children. Her husband, Bill has been the biggest inspiration in this journey of 7 Bridges Marketing.

Shanna’s marketing advice-“Create a pattern interrupt" In a clutter world, "you must find a way to connect."

He wears so many hats, he eventually went bald! Craig is not only VP but “Jack" of the team. Jack of all trades and master of MANY!. Data man, graphic designer, strategist, prototype builder, sound man, back-up programmer, yard guy, you name it! Craig has a NO button on his desk and he likes to use it. However, if it can be done, Craig will figure out a way to do it. Craig has been in marketing, event management for over 30 years. Craig graduated from OU. And yes, he likes to play that song for the Cowboy fans on the team every chance he gets.

Craig is another fearless leader and risk taker on the team. If you don’t believe us, ask him how many times he has jumped out of a plane. It is more than triple digit. He plays it safer now with his bike riding,(yet, we think his sky diving was safer since he has been hit 3 times on a bike!) walking, yoga and rowing. With Craig, family comes first and that includes his 7 Bridges family. He is alway taking care of everyone including our clients. Just always expect a huff out of him as he rubs his bald head to figure out how to make it happen. Craig is Shanna's work husband and he once served her divorce papers. Yet, they are still together. Side note, he showed up that day he was hit by a car and just left a message that he would be late. Really Craig!

Craig embodies what it means to be a team player. At 7 bridges we are lucky to have him at the helm. Every client will reap those benefits as well.

Ray codes, he codes a lot. Just as the sit-com suggests, Everyone does love Raymond. If the team can dream it, Ray can build it. Don’t let his calm nature fool you. Behind those many computer screens, Ray is furiously building the next best marketing campaign. Ray has an associates degree in Computer Information Systems and will be graduating this spring with a Computer Science degree from Oklahoma State University.

If Ray is not in a huddle brainstorming better ways to help clients, you might find him enjoying time with his wife, Ariya and their dog, Wendy or preparing for his next final. The team has enjoyed many of his final class projects where he has built interactive games or even cooked Thai food for us all to enjoy. (We still think his amazing wife helped with that one.) Ray and his wife enjoy walking, bicycling, attending church or catching the best next flick. Ray does encourage chocolate, coffee and monster drinks for FUEL and faster campaign turnaround, just don’t let his wife find out! It is not uncommon, meetings end or begin with a “Ray, YOU ROCK! Everyone does love Ray, our rockstar programmer and Batman! Trust us on this one, if the campaign needs bubbles, he will make bubbles, waves or whatever it takes to get the results you desire.

The “i” dotter and” t”crosser. That’s right, before you end a team huddle with Carrie, she has already sent out the meeting notes, assigned action items for the client, the 7 Bridges team and already making things happen to guarantee excellence and success. With over 20 years experience in marketing automation and collateral management solutions for local and global accounts.

Carrie has led highly successful marketing campaigns. Carrie graduated college from Southern California with a bachelor degree in Education. No surprise to any of us that her education is what keeps the i's dotted, t's crossed, commas in the correct place and all of us in line! You think we are kidding? Wait until she sends your action items to meet your goals! And that's why we love every ounce of red ink and basecamp notification of Carrie!!

Carrie’s results are as big as her passion and personality. Carrie is passionate about serving others which explains why she is so dedicated to her husband, 2 girls, dog Cabo and friends. At the age of 33, she took off for 6 months to help serve communities in Western Samoa, Hong Kong & Mainland China. When Carrie is not volunteering at her girls school or taking care of others, you will find her running, skiing or hitting the gym. A fun fact about Carrie, is she lived in a lighthouse when she was a kid for 4 years. Ask her sometime about the fun stories and amazing people she met.

A Jersey boy who loves helping other entrepreneurs. Meet Chris, Director of Business Development. We like to refer to Chris as “Jersey” however, he calls Chicago home. Chris attended University of Texas. With a team full of many Oklahoma Sooners and Oklahoma State Cowboys, we try not to hold it against him. Chris started his first business at age 11 selling magazines door to door. He enjoys taking on new challenges and is passionate about helping people setting higher goals for their business. Chris fits the 7 Bridges culture in his mentality of always being creative vs just doing what others do. “I didn’t come this far to come this far”, says Chris.

Chris has 2 teenagers and he enjoys time with them, other family and friends. He is an avid New York Giants fans since age 4. Don’t be surprised when he sends you a text to make a wager when they play your favorite team. When Chris is not busy helping others you can find him biking, running, playing golf, skiing or swimming. His motto in life is... "ALWAYS be kind to others." A fun fact about Chris is that he owns a little island in Canada. It doesn’t currently have a name so we hope to inspire him with a fun island name in one of our brainstorming sessions. If he had to leave the 7 Bridges team and could be anything he wanted….Chris would be a race car driver. For now, he will be revving up his engine here and racing to help businesses create fast and winning leads.

She paints the picture and captures the moment. Allison has over 10 years as a marketing manager, 15 years as a photographer and 3 years as a freelance writer. She graduated from Oklahoma State University with a marketing degree and a minor in International Business. If you listen close enough you will hear her yelling "GO POKES!" Allison owns her own photography business and has spent years capturing magical moments for families.

It is no surprise she modeled for 4 years and appeared in a commercial when she was younger. Allison has been married for 8 years to Caleb with twin daughters that are little "mini me's' that often get to join the team conference calls for entertainment or fun stories. Allison enjoys helping businesses succeed and connect. Even to a fault, if she sees someone needing help in marketing, she jumps in to assist. Which is why you will find her with 27 different things going at once. We guess that’s how she keeps up with those twin girls! Her passion is her family, football, photography, Christmas and her creative writing.

Allison’s marketing advice: “Find a great mentor. In marketing, there is no idea TOO crazy. The more out of the box, the better." What we all love most of Allison is her humor in times that the crazy marketing world can get a little tough.

The idea behind the lens. Sean Lorton is an Emmy Award winning, nationally recognized Director and Cinematographer of both Commercials and Films. He has extensive knowledge with over 20 years of experience in the industry. From day one, what we loved about Sean is he reminded us as marketers we all want to "think outside the box', but he also reminds us of the Walt Disney quote, "If you're thinking outside the box, you still recognize there is a box. To truly be great, there is no box." Sean truly represents this in front or behind the camera. State of the art cameras, I remind you!

Whether it's a commercial or film, his priority is to tell an engaging story, ABOVE all else. "Taking ideas and pushing them through my lens to bring them to life with my unique style." "Literally and figuratively" he adds. Sean makes a perfect fit for the 7 Bridges team because of his passion for what he does and the love for those people who share his passion. He reminds us that all successful people have one thing in common. "They never give up." No doubt a reason for his love for his family and raising 2 beautiful girls.

If you can't find Sean behind the camera, you might find him riding a motorcycle, grilling or NO SHOCKER watching MOVIES! Oh what fun it is to listen to him talk about the "great" and "let down" moments of film. One day, Sean will leave the 7 Bridges family for one simple reason... he might be too busy directing films in Hollywood with Clint Eastwood(I will let him tell you the story of the great HONOR) or Sean Connery(which he was named after). Until then, Sean will continue to bring his unique style of film to any size company and budget. That is what we love about this guy, his passion to help tell everyone's story.

She gets the perfect shot! Somewhere around the age of 28, Mindy's husband gifted her a camera in order to capture the countless memories, precious moments and everyday experiences with there three beautiful daughters. She instantly fell in love with photography. It became a passion and she wanted to learn everything she could about the art and skill and eventually decided to make it a career. Photography has opened so many doors like getting to meet a wide range of people and exploring incredible new locations, but has also unfolded opportunities to create and inspire.

Mindy born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma. and came from a large family. She is the second oldest of seven kids and thinks being part of a large family is AMAZING! Those seven kids have gone on to give her parents 20 grand kids and 2 great grand kids to date and with the ever shifting and changing dynamics of their family there are countless memories to photograph. Mindy loves bringing her camera along to family events just to capture a snapshot of that moment in time.

Mindy's goal in business is to create a warm, friendly, fun experience where she can capture expressive images that tell personal stories. Her hope is to inspire clients to feel great and see themselves in a new light.

"I LOVE THIS JOB!!" she often exclaims. " I look forward to each and every session with a fresh eye always looking to improve upon what I have done before. I’m kind of a nerd when it comes to the computer. I love, love, love to edit! I obsess over details and always try to find new techniques to keep my images fresh and interesting."

The camera has helped Mindy to see life in a different way. Each day is created to be unique. The way the light changes, the seasons, the wind, the weather, the time of day, old things, new things combine to create the perfect backdrop to feature the most perfect work of all, YOU! As Oprah says, “Know what sparks the light in you. Then use that light to illuminate the world.” She can’t wait to discover the light in your business!
